• Asharqia Chamber concludes the fourth phase of the free training initiative in the presence of about 600 young men and women

    ​In the presence of members of the Board of Directors of Asharqia Chamber, Saadoun bin Khalid Al-Khaldi and Al-Anoud Bint Tawfiq Al-Ramah, Asharqia Chamber concluded the second program in the fourth phase of the initiative to qualify 3000 young men and women on Wednesday evening 19 September 2018.

    The program was launched on Monday (September 17th) that is entitled "Effective Excellence in Customer Service," where the attendance and interaction of about 600 young men and women registered at the headquarter of the Chamber in Dammam.

     

    Al-Khalidi said in a speech on the occasion that in order to expand the production vertically by providing qualified human cadres of the young national energies mobilized for operation and rehabilitation, Asharqia Chamber in its initiatives provided program's beneficiaries with the required skills and knowledge for new jobs that are approved by the Council of Ministers.

    Al-Khalidi explained that for three consecutive days and 15 training hours, the Chamber provided basic information on effective excellence in customer service and the mechanisms of their application and their positive impact on the trainees and on the institutions in which they will work.

     

    Al-Khalidi pointed out that the program provided the trainees with the most prominent communication skills, the differences between public and private relations and how to classify customers, tools to determine the internal premises to provide the best types of services and best diplomatic practices in dealing with customers, in addition to the mechanisms of acquiring new skills and how to deal with problems that lack control.

    Al-Khalidi praised the great interaction from the trainees witnessed in the program, as they are keen to learn and benefit from the conversations and the discussion. He said, "This indicates the desire and determination to develop their skills and acquire new skills and information with experience and competence."

     

    Furthermore, Al-Anoud congratulated the trainees, who succeed in the program. She also stressed their keenness to learn and develop themselves through their participation in the training programs that were held by the Chamber.

    She noted that the Chamber continues to hold free programs that provide learning and development services for the sons and daughters of the Kingdom.

    She advised the trainees to continue to seize opportunities, refine talent through experience in the labor market, test their knowledge and skills that are gained in the training programs and apply them in the practical field, and benefit from the owners of the experience.

     

     

    Al-Ramah called on young men and women to register on the website of the Chamber and take advantage of these training programs provided through it as they are completely free of charge. In fact, professional trainers provide those programs for the Chamber.

    She noted that the participants in the program those who exceeded the training hours successfully and distributed the Chamber certificates to attend.

    Al-Ramah said that the turnout for these training programs reflects the desire of those who are enrolled in the program and their desire to development.

    Due to the daily contact with different classes and cultures, the trainees need to diversify in the language of communication and learn other methods in attracting the beneficiaries.​
